- order to participate in our 27th Graduation Ceremony students must have fulfilled the requirements of the following policies:
A candidate for graduation must be eligible to receive his/her OSSD by August, 2018.
A candidate must have cleared all debts with the Administration.
To participate in the June 28th ceremony, the candidate must have paid the graduation fee as outlined below.

11:10 Award, Scholarship & Bursary Presentations
12:00 Valedictory Address
12:10 Recessional
- GRADUATION FEE: $90 males $95 Females (includes single rose bouquet)
Graduation Fee includes purchased graduation gown, cap and commemorative tassel, single rose bouquet for females, souvenir invitations, programs, professional portrait during diploma presentation, etc. Grad Fee (KEV cash on-line OR cash or cheque payable to Fr. Leo J. Austin) is to be paid ON OR BEFORE MARCH 1, 2018 directly to Mrs. Clancy, LC (receipt is provided). Payment of this fee on time guarantees gown, cap and tassel order and participation in grad ceremony.
- GRADUATE PROFILE SHEET: Information on this sheet is used for bursary and award consideration. Please complete immediately and give to Mrs. Clancy. You may update this sheet until April 1, 2018.
